Features that set us apart

Order Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During this time, our team carefully prepares your flat-pack components, ensuring every piece meets our precision standards.

Custom CNC builds require additional processing time, typically 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and current production queue. You'll receive a confirmation email with estimated timelines once your custom order is reviewed..

Shipping Methods

Ground Shipping: Available for all standard-sized cabinet kits. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery of your precision-cut components.

Freight Shipping: Required for large orders, bulk purchases, or oversized cabinet systems. Freight shipping includes palletized packaging for maximum protection during transit.

Note: Shipping method is automatically selected at checkout based on your order size and destination. Freight orders may require scheduling for delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping fees may apply to these regions).

International Shipping: We're working to expand our shipping network. If you're located outside the United States, please contact us to discuss shipping options and obtain a custom quote.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days for ground shipping within the continental United States.

Freight deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business daysafter dispatch, depending on your location and carrier scheduling.

Remote areas or regions outside major shipping corridors may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

Tracking information is typically available within 24–48 hoursafter your shipment is picked up by the carrier.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your estimated ship date, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Freight Delivery & Damage Inspection

For freight shipments, please be available to receive and inspect your delivery. The driver will require a signature upon delivery.

Important Inspection Steps:

  • Inspect all packaging for visible damage before signing
  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt, no matter how minor
  • Take photos of any damage to packaging or contents
  • Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all original packaging until inspection is complete

Signing without noting damage may limit our ability to file claims. We're committed to making things right—just document any issues and reach out promptly.
